Introduction

One of the main problems that the company faces is spheric competition from the private sectors and captive manufacturers. They also need manufacturing facilities deep down the United States and overseas that were more apostrophize-effective and to do their take up to retain the manufacturing headquarters within the United States in order to check a stronger presence while their competitors were moving their sinless operations to overseas.
Micro
The micro problems is that the organization was faced with the challenges of achieving a more innovative product design while still maintaining the cost structure in order to ensure that they were remaining private-enterprise(a) with pricing and quality in the market.
While struggling to acquire this goal, Howard and seafarer could not reach an agreement on the boilersuit direction of the different departments as well as work goals.
Causes
The cause of this issue is that after Eds arrival, the team up was divided into two machine design teams by Jack Donaldson. Howard possessed a strong to develop relationships which were used to hike his goals. He was a strong communicator and felt that the teams should not have been divided since it was not based on sound financial information ( Brown and Harvey, 2006). There was resentment between Ed and Howard.
